Privacy Policy

SerbisyoApp ("we", "us") is operated by ArTimUs Technologies Solutions, Philippines. This policy explains what personal data we collect through the SerbisyoApp customer, provider and service worker apps and website, how we use it, and your rights under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

1. Data we collect

• Account data: name, mobile number, email address, password (stored hashed), profile photo.
• Location data: the service address you enter and, with your permission, your device location, used to find services available in your area and to let workers reach you.
• Booking data: services booked, schedules, addresses, prices, payment method, booking status, ratings and reviews.
• Provider and worker data: business name, contact person, identity documents submitted for onboarding, service catalogue, assigned jobs, and earnings.
• Payment data: payment amounts and references. Card and e-wallet details are processed by our payment partners and are not stored by us.
• Device and usage data: device type, app version, push notification token, and activity logs used for security and support.
• Communications: in-app chat messages and support requests.

2. How we use your data

• To create and manage your account and verify your identity.
• To match customers with providers and workers in their city and to complete bookings.
• To process payments, refunds, wallet balances and loyalty points.
• To send booking updates, receipts, and service notifications.
• To provide customer support and resolve disputes.
• To keep the platform safe, prevent fraud, and comply with law.
• With your consent, to send promotions. You can opt out at any time in the app.

3. Sharing

We share only what is needed to deliver a service: the customer name, address, phone and booking details are shared with the assigned provider and worker; the worker name, photo and rating are shared with the customer. We also share data with our hosting, payment, maps, and push notification providers under contract. We do not sell personal data.

4. Retention

We keep account and booking records while your account is active and for up to five years afterwards where required for tax, accounting and dispute purposes, then delete or anonymise them.

5. Your rights

You may access, correct, or delete your personal data, object to processing, and withdraw consent. You can delete your account from the app under Profile, or by emailing us. We respond within 15 working days.

6. Security

Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Access is restricted to authorised staff. No system is completely secure, so please keep your password private.

7. Children

SerbisyoApp is for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

8. Changes

We will post any changes to this policy here and update the date above.
