These terms govern your use of SerbisyoApp, operated by ArTimUs Technologies Solutions ("SerbisyoApp", "we"). By creating an account you agree to them.
SerbisyoApp connects customers with independent service providers and their workers for home and business services. Providers are responsible for performing the services. SerbisyoApp facilitates booking, communication and payment.
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your password private.
Prices shown in the app are set by providers and may include service fees and taxes. A booking is confirmed when the provider accepts it. Changes to scope discovered on site may change the final price with your approval.
Payments are made through the methods offered in the app. Cash payments are made to the worker on completion. Online payments are processed by our payment partners.

You agree not to misuse the platform, harass workers or customers, post false reviews, or attempt to bypass the platform to avoid fees.
Providers must hold the licences and insurance required for their services, submit truthful onboarding documents, and comply with Philippine labour and consumer laws.
To the extent permitted by law, SerbisyoApp is not liable for the quality of services performed by providers, or for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid through the platform for the booking concerned.
We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms. You may close your account at any time from the app.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
